Obama sought to place blame directly on Republicans, who he said have turned on Latinos by focusing only on border security, supporting Arizona’s immigration enforcement law and opposing the Dream Act, which would provide a pathway to citizenship for some students and those who serve in the military.Yes, apparently focusing on border security and enforcing this nation's laws is contrary to core American values in Obama's eyes. I mean anybody who opposes wholesome Democrat supported legislative items like 0bamacare, Card Check, Cap & Trade or another stimulus clearly hates mom, baseball, apple pie and all things American.

Let that sink in. We have a sitting president of the United States of America who is exhorting one ethnic group to 'punish their enemies', referring to other US citizens as the 'enemy'.

Republicans have treated Barack Obama like an enemy the second he was in office. And yes, if someone advocates tearing you're family apart, you're going to treat them like an enemy. No human being is illegal.

ReplyDeleteAnd by using your logic, if somebody advocates taking more and more money from the remaining Americans who are still employed to bankroll unsustainable entitlement programs- some of which are going to people in this country illegally and continues advocating laws that place more and more gov't control over our day-to-day lives, I guess they're our enemy too.

/NO, am NOT advocating this. But Mexicans are poorly served by allowing their failed state to continue to exist for the benefit of its ruling class. If they could no longer use the USA as a dumping ground for surplus labor, who then send remittances to their relatives in Mexico, the state would have to pull its act together.
The whole "open borders" movement is an unholy alliance between narcissistic liberal gentry and short-sighted capitalists (who want cheap leabor in the short term and the long-term consequences be damned)
