Mr. Obama said, “By not casting a vote, I registered my protest against these empty politics.”The resolution ultimately passed the senate by a 72-25 margin, with Senator barbra Boxer (D-CA) authoring a seperate resolution that condemned the ad without mentioning
But with McChrystal's 'resignation' over some comments in a magazine article, the Obama Administration has suddenly hoped the rest of us have all forgotten about that full-page ad in the Times (apparently at a discount) that his fanboys took out not even three years ago.
The career whiners at moveon.org sure as hell want you to forget, since they've scrubbed all images or mention of the ad from their website now that he's the Obama Administration's pick for US Commander in Afghanistan.
