(Olivia De Berardinis)Seemingly in the blink of an eye, the focal point for Fenway Park has gone from the Winter Classic on New Year's Day to baseball's opening night. The fact that I cannot physically be there does not diminish my enthusiasm for tonight's home opener for the Red Sox.
And whichever team you root for, I hope you're feeling the same sense of anticipation tempered with cautious optimism that I am right now. Opening Day is finally here- one can almost taste it.
